19 Nov 2017 What is the expected behavior: Should be able to connect and torrents should start downloading like they always have in version 3
I have tried everything from clients (bittorrent, utorrent, bitcomet, and more) to browsers like opera and torch, to cloud based servers that download it for you and give you a download link. I have tried this on wireless and wired connections I have turned off firewalls and vpn services but nothing has worked. The downloads just stay at %0 and when using clients I never went above 2 kb/s. If this is all the work of comcast they are doing one hell of a good job, but please help. I'm am not hi all. Recently ive been having trouble getting my downloads to start. ive only ever had this trouble with the new updates( the ones where it shows number available to download). on my bitspirit it shows that there 0 seed/ 0 leech / available (say 100) no matter how long i leave the computer on the downloads wont start. ive tried turning the firewall off but that doesn't make any difference. maybe once or twice ive had one download start but only went up to 1.5 kbs then 3kbs then 0 and it hello, i hope somebody can help me, because i`m going crazy here.i use utorrent 3.1.2 and i can download torrentfiles, but when i`m trying to download magnet links, it won`t start.i used different magnet links,but non of the links will start.see screenshotplease help me.thanks!
